MINIMUM ORDER - 100 (EGGS/CHICKS/POULTS OR EX-LAYERS)

• home produced birds from a closed flock 
• selected genetic stock of known flying ability 
• healthy birds from a British game farm 
• delivery assured even in the event of a ban on bird imports 
• chicks only hours old on delivery 
• pheasant poults a minimum of 7 weeks on delivery 
• partridge poults a minimum of 12 weeks on delivery 
• fully "hardened-off" poults that can survive the wet 
• bird health advice from a leading game bird veterinary 
• what you ordered, delivered on time, value for money and peace of mind.

Should any customers delivery address come under any sort of legal control or constraint which renders it unable to accept the ordered livestock on the dates agreed we [Heart of England Farms Ltd] will endeavour to place that stock onto other holdings or hold that stock ourselves until able to deliver. Alternately, later birds may be delivered when able with any additional costs or losses or refunds as a result of this action being agreed with the purchaser which will remain their responsibility.  

In the event that any of our farms come under any restrictive legal control or constraint which prevents us from delivering, or our birds are culled under a legal order, we will use all available endeavours to replace that order with stock from an alternative source with the customers consent, or return in full any deposits as paid.
